From August 1st to 12th at Genting Highlands, alongside the Main Event, Poker Dream 11 is set to feature elite High Roller events, promising intense, thrilling, and high-level competitions. Let’s dive into what Poker Dream 11 has in store for us.

SUPER HIGH ROLLER

With a buy-in of MYR 30,000 (~USD 6,453), the Super High Roller is the highest buy-in event in the Poker Dream 11 series. Players will start with a deep stack of 500,000 chips and play 40-minute levels, making it the deepest chip structure among the scheduled events.

On Day 1, players will compete through 11 levels, ending with blinds at 10,000/20,000 (20,000). After this, there will be a 1,000-chip race-off, and players will bag their chips for Day 2. All seating assignments will be redrawn before the start of Day 2. Players who have been eliminated will have the opportunity to late register until Level 15, where the blinds will be 15,000/30,000 (30,000). Day 2 will continue until the Super High Roller champion is crowned, who will take home the coveted dragon trophy.

In the previous Poker Dream 10 event held in Vietnam, the Super High Roller, with a buy-in of VND 180M (~USD 7,723), recorded 95 entries. Hong Kong's Wong Ka Fai emerged victorious, taking home over VND 4B (~USD 174K).

Mystery Bounty High Roller

The Mystery Bounty event kicks off with a starting stack of 300,000 chips, equivalent to 200 big blinds at Level 1. Each level will last 40 minutes. Players will compete through 11 levels on Day 1, followed by a 1,000-chip race-off. Rebuys are allowed during the first two levels of Day 2. All seating assignments will be redrawn before Day 2 begins.

In the Mystery Bounty format, in addition to the guaranteed prize pool, players will have the chance to claim a MYSTERY PRIZE. Once in the money (ITM), players who eliminate others will have the opportunity to randomly draw for a MYSTERY PRIZE. Before the final table, players can draw for bounties at any time they choose. At the final table, bounties are drawn immediately after a player is eliminated. The bounty structure is based on an estimated field of 100 participants.
