VPL MAIN EVENT

The VPL Main Event concluded with a thrilling Final Table.

The first to depart from the table was player Phuong USA after a clash with chip leader Dong Van Tan. Phuong USA took home a prize of 420M LP.

Next, player Nguyen Huu Vinh successively eliminated Cao Ngoc Anh and Nguyen Manh Hung to rise to the leading position.

Dong Van Tan continued his pursuit against Nguyen Huu Vinh, eventually sending Indian player Navkiran Singh home in 5th place.

As the Final Table narrowed down to 4 players, intense chip exchanges took place. After nearly 3 hours, Nguyen Huu Vinh gradually lost ground and was eliminated after a showdown of 99 vs jj against Zhiyu Wang. Nguyen Huu Vinh finished in 4th place overall, winning a prize of 1.17B LP.

Phua Tzai Wei also bowed out shortly after Nguyen Huu Vinh's elimination.

The head-to-head battle between Dong Van Tan and Zhiyu Wang was a captivating exchange. Both players alternated holding the chip lead. In the final hand, the nut flush secured victory for Zhiyu Wang. The Main Event champion claimed the prize of 3.6B LP.

33 HIGH ROLLER FINALE

The event attracted 94 entries on its second day of competition. With the total prize pool exceeding 5.4B LP, anticipation rose for the final day of the VPL Summer Series Hanoi 2024.

The champion of the tournament was Troy Park, who took home the High Roller Finale Cup and a prize of 1.55B LP.
