Grand Loyal Poker had a thrilling "Special Week" featuring multiday events, with the High Roller events remaining the highlight.
High Roller Club
The event at the beginning of the week saw 44 entries. Competitor Khoa Anh led the chip count as he advanced to the final table. Despite not having an overwhelming chip lead, Khoa Anh managed to maintain his position throughout the entire event. After more than 3 hours of play, Khoa Anh emerged as the champion of the event.
HR Deepstacks
The mid-week event with a buy-in of 33M saw 28 entries. Competitor Khoa Anh continued to perform consistently, advancing to the final table alongside competitor "Susu." In addition to Vietnamese competitors, the final table included two Chinese players, Yu An Xin and Hu Jinglong. These foreign competitors employed effective strategies to become the last two remaining players after eliminating Vietnamese competitor "Nam Baron" in third place.
High Roller Single Day
The final table featured a series of extremely thrilling back-and-forth situations. Competitor "Chiến thần" led in chip count for a significant portion of the game until the hand where he called a 4-bet all-in from "Mr. Hải" with (A♦)(T♠). "Mr. Hải" held (A♠)(Q♥). There were no surprises for "Chiến thần"; he was left with 3 big blinds after that hand and soon exited the tournament in 5th place.
"Mr. Hải" became the chip leader after that hand, but his joy was short-lived. He got caught in a setup situation against "No Deal," leading to his exit in 3rd place.
The heads-up match was between "No Deal" and "Gorden." After more than an hour of play, the final victory went to the Chinese competitor, "Gorden." You can rewatch the final table here.
Crown Poker Club also hosted some very notable High Roller events.
The High Roller Special recorded 46 buy-ins, and the mini High Roller saw 84 buy-ins. The players demonstrated a very stable performance, with the chip leaders consistently maintaining their advantage and finishing the game exceptionally well. In the HR Special event, the player with the nickname "Áo Trắng Đẹp Trai" emerged as the overall winner, while "Song Anh" took the title in the mini High Roller.
We wish the players continued success in their upcoming tournaments.
